This 1930s house in Seattle, WA is brimming with character and surprises!  As soon as you step inside, the living room and kitchen reveal a breathtaking, panoramic view of Lake Washington. To fully capture this view, we expanded the kitchen window.  We doubled the size of the master bathroom by borrowing space from a bedroom.  In the powder room, we chose arched pattern tiles that beautifully mimic the craftsmanship of the original arched window. Throughout the construction process, we faced unexpected challenges and delightful surprises, making this project all the more memorable and rewarding!
